It is easy to care for your contact lenses. Just be sure to follow a strict regimen. First, you need is a good lens solution. This conditions, cleans, removes protein, disinfects, rinses and helps store soft contact lenses including silicone hydrogel contact lenses.

Follow these steps when using a lens solution for a healthy and comfortable contact lens wearing experience:

  • STEP 1: Place at least 3 drops of a good multi-purpose lens solution on each side of the lens surface and gently rub for 20 seconds. Only use fresh solution to clean and disinfect contact lenses
  • STEP 2: Thoroughly rinse each side of the lens for 5 seconds with the multi-purpose solution
  • STEP 3: Place cleaned contact lenses in the lens case and fill with fresh multi-purpose solution. Soak for at least 4 hours. Remember to always use fresh solution – discard solution from lens case after each use

Your lenses are now ready to wear. If any debris remains on contact lenses, rinse with the multi-purpose solution prior to insertion.

Can I sleep wearing Lens me lenses?

No, these lenses should not be worn when sleeping. You should always remove them before going to sleep. When not being used, these lenses should be stored in a sterile lens case, each time with fresh contact lens solution.
